- Weekend open swim hours: Noon - 8pm
- Swim Team meets typically take place on Tuesday & Thursday evenings
- We are now offering evening swim lessons on Mondays & Wednesdays (registration required) - 5:30-7:30pm
- We are now offering "On the Go" private swim lessons on Mondays & Wednesdays between 3:30-5:00pm (please sign up at Sand Hill Pool)
- Morning swim lessons take place in 2-week sessions (Monday-Friday)
- Newly added for 2013 (not in the "green" brochure): Senior Aquatics! This program is for those individuals who are 55+ and looking for a basic swim lesson class or needing aquatic rehab for your knee, hip or other arthritic joints. The class will include a series of gentle movements that will improve your range of motion as well as strengthen your muscles for overall fitness. New and experienced individuals are welcome; you don’t even have to get your hair wet!
